Verdelho 2003
A mid- to deep straw shade defines this excellent example of a full-bodied, unwooded Hunter Verdelho. The fruity nose gives way to an exotic palate featuring guava and melon, lingering with persistent flavours and a crisp acidic finish. It is simply a lovely and well-balanced drinking wine with excellent length.
Food: The perfect partner to poultry, it also sits brilliantly alongside Atlantic salmon, cheese souffle or green salad.
